Meet Marc-Antoine:
Marc-Antoine Laurin is a University of Ottawa Alumni, who obtained a bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics. His passion for strength and conditioning training comes from his Football career. Marc is a former CFL player, who participated in the 2017 Hamilton Tigercats training camp. From 2012 to 2016, he was a member of the University of Ottawa GeeGees where he played starting linebacker. Highlights from his university career include being the leading defensive tackler in 2013 and being an All-Canadian academic athlete in 2014. In 2015, he participated in the Usports East-West Bowl and was invited to the 2016 Regional CFL Combine where he was subsequently selected to participate in the 2016 National CFL combine which regrouped all of the best draft prospects. In addition to the knowledge and experience he has cumulated during his university studies and career as an athlete, Marc has completed a PNCE level 1 - Introduction to competition certificate and is also a certified Poliquin personal trainer. He is also a Fascia Stretch Therapist level 1 graduated from the Stretch to Win Institute.
Marc’s goal is to share his knowledge and experience to help others reach their goals by creating effective weight training programs for athletes and the general population and help you to manage pain as well as gaining or keeping mobility. He can also build you other types of programs such as plyometrics, linear, and agility training.
