We have a team of personal trainers and offer semi-private and group training sessions in Toronto, Calgary, Montreal, and Ottawa. Women can train with a partner, a friend, or with their family in our private or semi-private fitness training sessions. This is a fun workout! Train with a team to motivate each other and have a daily exercise routine with a personal trainer.
With the help of one, two or three other team members, our training group exercise sessions last an hour. Whether you decide to train in a group outdoors, at one of our private studios, or at any other location, the frequency of workouts can be two, three or more times per week. You select the location and frequency to exercise along with a team to develop a healthy lifestyle and exercise routine. Call your friends, find a place and we will train you!
