My name is Andréia, I'm graduated in Physical Education in 2010. I love human movement, specialty in different phases of life.  My purpose is to change lives through movement. I want people to be inspired by the movement, I want them to feel free and happier. I want people to conquer more confidence, a healthier life, I want them to discover they can have a pleasant existence if they just give a chance to the healing power they have inside them.

I arrived in Montreal in 2014, I love this country and everything I have learned so far living here. I'm from Brazil, a place where I learned the movement makes part of our lives constantly.

Since I arrived here, I engaged myself in Pilates Method, with the challenges I've faced with special populations, I went deeply studying other methods such as De Gasquet ( Prenatal and Postpartum).

I felt necessary to specialize myself in a gerontological field, so I returned to the University of Montreal where I finished a certificate in Gerontology.

I make part of ANQ( Association des Naturothérapeutes du Quebec) where I can provide receipts to my private clients for insurance purposes.

I love the simple life and be connected to myself. For me, the secret of happiness is to be grateful for everything you have in life.
