Here is an example of a Tabata Workout:

You will perform 20 seconds of push-ups, then you rest for 20 seconds. You will do 20 seconds of squats, then you rest 20 seconds. You will do 20 seconds of burpees, and then you rest. You do 20 seconds of jumping jacks and rest for 20 seconds. You repeat the whole cycle 6 or 8 more times.
