As a busy working lady in this city, Rainbow has been relying on yoga practice and meditation through the singing bowl to release her stress from the daily workload for years. Rainbow dedicates herself to deepening her yoga knowledge by taking several teacher training programs and hopes to share her knowledge in yoga and meditation to everyone who would like to maintain holistic health.

She believes that through frequent yoga practices, mediation and healing from the singing bowl, we could feel thankful for our life and maintain awareness of our physical and mental health.

Rainbow is an RYT-200 Yoga teacher with teacher training in aerial yoga and singing bowl healing.
