My name is Shuyu Shen, and I am a Tai Chi instructor based in Calgary with 4–5 years of experience in practicing and teaching Yang-style Tai Chi. I am passionate about sharing this traditional practice and helping others improve their balance, flexibility, and overall well-being.
In my teaching, I focus on proper posture, breathing techniques, and the connection between body and mind.
