I have been into fitness for my whole life. My mother used to own a gym when I was very young, so I was there A LOT. Five years ago, is when I truly began my own fitness journey, having become unhealthier and developing bad habits. I got back on track, began training more intensely, started getting a better understanding of working out and food and just overall developed a better and healthier lifestyle for myself.

I helped my friends and decided to do my certification so that I could not only be better qualified to help my friends but so I could then also help many other people. I have now been certified for 2 years and have been freelancing as a Personal Trainer, training friends, and new contacts, and recently (6 months ago) I started working in a gym as a Personal Trainer. 

More random information, I love hiking and travelling and one of my favourite trips was when I went to Iceland I rented a car and just went from place to place, hiking along with the beautiful landscapes, taking in the views, and hiking for hours every day!
