Michelle is a Montreal-based contemporary dancer, Yoga instructor and Somatic Practitioner. She discovered yoga as a way to support her body as a dancer, and it became a foundation for maintaining strength, flexibility, and holistic wellness. 

Trained in multi-style yoga—including Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin—Michelle is well- versed in using the “technology” of yoga to enhance fitness practices, cultivate balance, and support a healthy body and mind. Having taught at Green Yoga in Berlin and offering private yoga and somatic therapy sessions in Montréal, Michelle combines her knowledge of anatomy, alignment, and somatic practice with a warm teaching style. 

She creates welcoming spaces where students feel seen, supported, and inspired to return to their practice. Michelle’s approach is informed by her work as a performer and choreographer, integrating creativity, embodiment, and mindfulness.
