Eric is a Registered Massage Therapist with la Fédération Québécoise des Massothérapeutes and a 2003 graduate of l’Institut Kiné-Concept. Through different techniques, he helps his clients find relief and understanding of their conditions. He has found that only through a relaxed body can the spirit soar.

He has since worked as a Paramedic in the Greater Montreal region for 6 years, taught CPR/First Aid, been an ultra-distance trail running athlete and co-owned a fitness club teaching group functional training (Pilates, TRX Suspension Training, Kettle Bell training.) Always seeking to deeper understand the human condition he went on to be a board-certified N.L.P. Life Coach.

Eric approaches massage therapy through a combined effort with his clients. He simply helps facilitates the body to relax and release muscular tension, thus the emotions attached. As for his clients, they are encouraged to progressively make changes to their lifestyle and eliminate the root causes of their reason for seeking treatment, which in turn drastically improves their conditions.

With a love of wisdom and knowledge, he continues to deepen his understanding of the human condition through spirituality and self-discovery.
