Santé Active is expanding its network of professional Pilates instructors across Canada. We are looking for passionate, reliable and experienced instructors to provide corporate Pilates, Pilates for seniors, private in-home Pilates and group Pilates classes.

Opportunities are available in Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary and surrounding communities, as well as other Canadian cities based on client demand.

Pilates for Seniors

Provide safe and accessible Pilates sessions for seniors and residents of retirement communities.

Experience adapting exercises for older adults, beginners and participants with different mobility levels is especially valuable.

Private In-Home Pilates

Provide personalized Pilates sessions directly in clients' homes.

Private sessions allow instructors to adapt exercises to each client's experience, fitness level, mobility and personal goals.

Private & Group Pilates Classes

Lead Pilates classes for private groups, organizations, community groups and special health and wellness programs.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for Pilates instructors who are:

Certified and experienced in teaching Pilates.
Professional, punctual and dependable.
Passionate about health, fitness and helping others.
Friendly and comfortable working with different types of clients.
Strong communicators with excellent teaching skills.
Able to adapt sessions to different ages, abilities and fitness levels.
Creative, flexible and comfortable working independently.
Able to travel locally to client locations.

Experience teaching corporate Pilates, Pilates for seniors, private Pilates or group classes is an asset.

Responsibilities

As a Santé Active Pilates instructor, assignments may include:

Teaching Pilates at workplaces, private homes, senior residences and other client locations.
Preparing safe, engaging and appropriate Pilates sessions.
Adapting exercises to participants' abilities and experience levels.
Providing modifications when appropriate.
Creating a welcoming and professional environment.
Arriving on time and prepared for each session.
Communicating professionally with clients and Santé Active.
Promoting safe movement, strength, mobility and overall well-being.

Job Type

Independent Contractor / Freelance

Opportunities are offered according to client demand, instructor location, availability and experience.

Compensation

Santé Active offers competitive contract rates based on the type of assignment, location, duration and instructor experience.
