Meet Stephen:

I teach Vinyasa Yoga, where movements are linked with breath. The physical practice of yoga can be effective in creating positive physical changes by strengthening, toning and conditioning the body.

 

I believe that the mental practice of yoga allows us to experience life through the lens of ease, joy and non-judgement. I facilitate this experience by emphasizing breath, mind-body awareness, and the acknowledgement of feelings and emotions. As an instructor, I ultimately seek to create change, transformation and empowerment for my students both on and off their mat.
