Meet Faezeh:
I’m Faezeh, RYT® 200, RPYT®, and Self-care Specialist. I'm living in Burlington, Ontario. I teach Vinyasa, Hatha, Prenatal and Postnatal yoga, Chair, and Therapeutic Yoga classes, and conduct Self-care workshops.
I came to yoga as a chemical engineer looking for another balance, Harmony, and equivalency in the world and I stuck with it and now teach it, because of the profound impact that yoga has had on my life.
I’m passionate about creating inclusive spaces and sharing simple powerful self-healing practices. My Yoga classes are designed to be an opportunity to turn inward to cultivate self-awareness and self-compassion. At times we all need our yoga to be a place of refuge where we can set aside our responsibilities and to-do lists for a little while and just be with ourselves in a compassionate and loving way. In addition to improving our mental and emotional health, doing transformational yoga practice is beneficial for healthy posture alignment and functional movement.
