Nidhi has been practicing yoga since she was very young and after a medical issue in 2020, decided to get deeper into her practice for her mental and physical health. She completed the 200-hour Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training program from House of Om. Passionate about working with others, she aims to lead movement through compassion. Nidhi enjoys keeping a balanced lifestyle, through incorporating yoga, pranayama, the outdoors and reading.
