I’m a certified Mat Pilates Instructor based in Toronto, ON. By day, I work as a Senior Resource Manager, overseeing capacity and strategy for a team of over 100 professionals. Because of this, I know exactly how a demanding desk job can impact the body. My journey of overcoming desk-related back pain and a lack of body confidence led me to Pilates, and my ultimate motivation is functional longevity, how we carry ourselves off the mat. 

 

I currently hold a Mat Pilates Diploma, plus certificates in Anatomy for Motion and Strength Training from Body Harmonics. My classes blend a contemporary, biomechanically sound approach with the 34 classical exercises, backed by over 160 hours of dedicated practice. 

 

Most recently, I hosted 18 individuals for two days of a three-part Pilates! My teaching style is rooted in engagement, openness, and humour. I draw heavily on my skills in client assessment and risk mitigation, and my in-depth knowledge to ensure you have a safe, supportive environment to build an intuitive connection with your body, move efficiently, and stay pain-free for a lifetime.
