Dalewyn is a Certified Personal Trainer, and martial arts instructor. He specialises in functional training that incorporates kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, ensuring clients build strength, mobility, flexibility and endurance that can be translated into everyday movement or athletic performance.
With a postgraduate diploma in physiotherapy, Dalewyn is also able to integrate rehabilitative exercises into training programmes, supporting clients recovering from injury and safely progressing them toward improved strength, mobility, and performance through functional movement.
Dalewyn also has a strong background in martial arts, and also delivers muy thai, kickboxing, and boxing-inspired workouts, and practical self-defence training, offering sessions that are both physically challenging and empowering.
Complementing his physical training expertise, Dalewyn is also a Reiki practitioner, offering clients the option of incorporating energy healing and restorative practices into their wellness journey. His holistic philosophy ensures that clients benefit not only physically but also mentally and emotionally, achieving balance and sustainable results.
