A personal trainer with 25 years of combined experience managing health facilities and independent consulting in the fitness and lifestyle industry. When it comes to fitness, I get it and I also get most of you – I’ve succeeded, I’ve failed, I’ve cheated myself, I’ve given it my all, and I’ve tested my resolve more ways than I can remember. In short, I’ve tread many paths and concluded its always best to keep moving forward, one foot in front of the other.
