We have a team of Qigong and Tai Chi instructors who can teach in Montreal and the West Island.  We offer Tai Chi and QiGong to seniors and corporations. I would like to introduce you to Jasper if you are seeking a Qi Gong instructor.  

 

Since 2018, students have benefited from the physical and mental relaxation that comes from taking a class with me. I have been teaching the wellness arts of Qigong and Yoga to individuals and groups alike. My hope and vision are to share these arts widely so that people can find their own way to health and well-being.

 

My practice of Qigong is deep and regular. I train every day in order to improve my understanding of the art and to unite my mind-body through breath and movement. I began my journey to Qigong through martial arts. As a Taekwondo practitioner on my way to getting an Instructor’s Black Belt, I wanted to explore the different modalities of Eastern martial arts. Qigong stood out as a method to improve the circulation of energy in the body and help it heal itself through slow movement and conscious breath. Whether you train in hardcore martial art or not, Qigong is a perfect tool to increase health through relaxation. It has personally helped me, as well as many other people, to alleviate the symptoms of stress – like anxiety and depression – as well as to reduce and eliminate chronic lower back pain, aid in bowel movement, relieve neck pain, and more.
