I was born with a passion for movement and began classical training at a very young age in ballet and music. I was very fortunate to have parents who understood the importance of a healthy lifestyle which included the regular practice of yoga. The Hatha yoga practice I started as a child remains an integral part of my life to this day and it felt only natural to start teaching this mindfulness practice in order to help others discover the life-changing benefits it has to offer.

Alongside my journey with Yoga, I discovered Tai Chi. My first experience with Tai chi and QiGong began almost 10 years ago when I attended a class at a local community center after having my third Son and I have never looked back. I was amazed by all the health benefits, sense of well-being, and grace of movement that this martial art offers. It also perfectly complements yoga. My passion for martial arts was ignited and I decided to pursue advanced training in other martial arts such as Wing Chun, Brazilian jiujitsu, and MMA.

I enjoy providing a light-hearted approach to my teachings to all ages and fitness levels while providing detailed guidance that is well adapted to my students. I love sharing my passions and helping my students tap into their full potential.

  • I can teach Tai Chi & QiGong to Seniors, Corporate and in-home.

  • I can teach Yoga for Corporate and in-home.

  • I am certified to teach Wing Chun Kung Fu for Corporate and in-home
    • Wing Chun is a martial art that helps strengthen the entire body and can be practiced solo with shadow movements or with a partner with a soft touch or no contact. Softness and performance of techniques in a relaxed manner are fundamental to Wing Chun. Advanced practice includes a wooden dummy (mook jong) as a training tool. Some benefits of Wing Chun include improving strength, posture, coordination, concentration, and a sense of empowerment.
