Karisa is an International Sports Sciences Association Certified Personal Trainer, International Sports Sciences Association Certified Online Fitness Coach (AED current), and National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Nutrition Coach. Her approach to training combines progressive overload for progress, strength and resistance training for muscle growth, all with a focus on long-term sustainability and lifestyle. 

 

Her specialty is helping athletes, driven professionals, entrepreneurs, and busy leaders get back on track or level up with challenging yet efficient workouts that enable them to reach their athletic ambitions. 

 

Aside from inspiring driven people to level up athletically since a strong body is connected to a strong mind... The link between mental health and physical exercise is undeniable and the movements are also curated to optimize mental focus, in addition to athletic performance. She got into fitness as a means to channel her anxiety and ADHD into something positive and fell in love with the ritual of weightlifting ever since.
